EXPLANATORY NOTE
On October 14, 2021, Nxt-ID, Inc. (the “Company”) initiated a Google Paid Search advertisement campaign (“Google Ads Campaign”) to encourage the Company’s stockholders to vote on the proposals included in the Definitive Proxy Statement that the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on September 17, 2021 (the “Definitive Proxy Statement”).
The information included in the Google Ads Campaign supplements the Definitive Proxy Statement and the Definitive Additional Materials filed with the SEC on September 21, 2021, September 27, 2021, September 29, 2021, September 30, 2021, October 1, 2021, October 4, 2021, October 5, 2021, October 6, 2021, October 7, 2021, October 8, 2021, October 12, 2021, October 13, 2021 and October 14, 2021.
