Stockholder Meeting Notice

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of SunCoke Energy, Inc. will be held on May 16, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. Central Time, virtually via the internet at meetnow.global/MCHDMWX. To access the virtual meeting, you must have the information that is printed in the shaded bar located on the reverse side of this form.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

The Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR all the nominees listed, FOR Proposals 2 and 4 and for 1 YEAR on Proposal 3.

To elect two directors to the class of directors whose term expires in 2027.

02 - Susan R. Landahl

2.

To hold a non-binding advisory vote to approve the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers (“Say-on-Pay”).

To hold a non-binding advisory vote to approve the frequency of future advisory votes on executive compensation (“Say-on-Frequency”)

4.

To ratify the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
