On December 29, 2025, the Company received a notification letter from Nasdaq, based on Nasdaq's review of the Company's Market Value of Listed Securities ("MVLS") for at least 30 consecutive business days from November 13, 2025 to December 26, 2025, the Company's MVLS was below the required minimum of $50,000,000.
