CEL-SCI Corporation ("CEL-SCI" or the "Company") (NYSE:CVM), a clinical stage cancer immunotherapy company, today announced the closing of its offering of 1,111,200 shares of its common stock. Each share of common stock was sold at a public offering price of $9.00 per share. Total gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting the placement agent's fees and other offering expenses, were approximately $10 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the continued development of Multikine, general corporate purposes, and working capital.
