(NASDAQ:CHNR), a British Virgin Islands ("BVI") company (the "Company") today announced that it will implement the combination (the "Combination") of issued and outstanding common shares, without par value, of the Company. The Company's common shares will begin trading on a post-Combination basis at market open on June 13, 2025. Upon the effectiveness of the share combination, every eight issued and outstanding common shares will automatically be converted into one issued and outstanding common share.
