It is expected that delivery of the 2030 notes will be made, against payment of the 2030 notes, on or about September 10, 2024, which will be the fifth (5th) business day in the United States following the date of pricing of the 2030 notes. Accordingly, purchasers who wish to trade the 2030 notes on any day prior to the business day before delivery will be required, by virtue of the fact that the 2030 notes initially will not settle on T+1, to specify any alternate settlement cycle at the time of any such trade to prevent a failed settlement.
