DevvStream Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended July 31, 2025 (the “Annual Report”) by the prescribed filing date due to the reasons described
below.
The Company is working diligently to complete the Annual Report as soon as possible, however, due to unexpected delays in the completion of the financial statements, the Company is unable to complete and file the
Annual Report by the required due date of October 29, 2025 without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company expects to be able to file the Annual Report within the fifteen calendar days thereof.
