Eucrates Biomedical Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 (the “Annual Report”) with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission by the prescribed due date without unreasonable effort or expense.
The Company’s independent registered public accounting firm is in the process of completing the audit of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 and will need additional time to complete its audit of such financial statements for inclusion in the Annual Report.
The Company is working diligently to file the Annual Report as soon as practicable and expects to file the Annual Report within fifteen calendar days of the prescribed due date.
