The Registrant is filing an extension on Form 12b-25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to allow for additional time to finalize its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2025 (the “Annual Report”). The Registrant was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report by the September 30, 2025 filing date due to a delay experienced by the Registrant in finalizing its financial statements and other disclosures for the year ended June 30, 2025 required to be included in the Annual Report. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Registrant anticipates that it will file the Annual Report no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date of September 29, 2025.
