Treasure Global Inc. (the “Company”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended June 30, 2025 by the prescribed deadline, because the auditor of the Company requires additional time to prepare and complete the audit of the annual financial statements required to be included in the Form 10-K. The Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
