African Gold Acquisition Corp (the "Company") was unable to timely file their Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending March 31, 2023 due to a lack of working capital funds. The Company is working on securing additional funds, but until that time will be unable to file delinquent filings. The Company does hope to secure additional working capital funds in the near future and to become compliant on all delinquent filings as soon as possible.
