bleuacacia ltd (the “Company”) is unable to timely file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q
for the three months ended March 31, 2024, because the compilation, review and finalization of the information required to be presented in the report could not be completed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense.
The Company requires additional time to compile, review and finalize the necessary disclosures. The Company expects to file the Form 10-Q as soon as practicable within the 5-day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange
Act of 1934, as amended.
