The quarterly report of China HGS Real Estate Inc. (the “Company”) on Form 10-Q could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to the fact that the Company requires additional time to work with its auditors and legal counsel to prepare and finalize the Form 10-Q. The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed extended filing date.
