The Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2025 (the “Form 10-Q”) of Four Leaf Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) could not be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company needs additional time to complete its financial statements and its review of such financial statements. The Company is working diligently to complete the Form 10-Q as soon as possible.
