HumanCo Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2022 (the “Q3 2022 10-Q”) within the
prescribed time period because it requires additional time to finalize its financial statements and other disclosures to be included in such Q3 2022 10-Q. The Company will file the Q3 2022 10-Q as soon as reasonably practicable.
