Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2022 (the “Q3 2022 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date. The Company anticipates that it will file its Q3 2022 Form 10-Q within the five-day grace period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
