The quarterly report of Plutonian Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 could not be filed within the prescribed time period because the financial statements could not be completed in sufficient time to solicit and obtain the necessary review of the subject report and signatures thereto in a timely fashion prior to the due date of the report. The Company anticipates filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q within the extension period of five calendar days as provided by Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
