ScION Tech Growth II has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2022 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the prescribed due date because it requires additional time to complete its financial statement preparation and review process. . The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report on or before the fifth calendar day extension provided by Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.
