State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Viewbix Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2025 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed filing deadline. The delay is primarily due to certain complex accounting matters arising from the Company’s funding transactions and certain issues regarding the Company’s intangible assets and goodwill. The Company anticipates that it will file its Form 10-Q within the five-day grace period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
