The Registrant’s has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 (the “Annual Report”) by the prescribed due date for the reasons described below.
The Company requires additional time to complete its final review of its financial statements and other disclosures in the Annual Report. The Company is working diligently to complete the Annual Report and the Company currently expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal period ended December 31, 2021 on or about April 1, 2022.
