Australian Oilseeds Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-K for the twelve months ended June 30, 2024 (the “Form 10-K”) by the prescribed due date, as it requires additional time to gather necessary information for the preparation of such Form 10-K. The Company does, however, expect to file such report within the fifteenth calendar days thereof.
