Dawson Geophysical Company (the "Company") is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period due to additional time needed for the Company and its independent auditor to finalize and complete the audit of the Company's financial statements and related matters. The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 10-K within the extension period of 15 calendar days as provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
