Edible Garden AG Incorporated (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2024 (the “2024 Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because it requires additional time to complete its financial statement preparation and review process. The Company's independent registered public accounting firm is in the process of finalizing the audit of the Company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Company undertakes the responsibility to file the 2024 Form 10-K no later than 15 days after its original due date.
