The Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Registrant is experiencing delays in the determination of both fair value and accounts receivables reserves required to be included in the Form 10-K due to the operational wind down of one of the Registrant’s outsourced collection agencies.
