State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-K could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Form 10-K”) by March 17, 2025, the original due date for such filing, without unreasonable effort or expense. In preparing its fiscal 2024 financial statements, the Company identified certain revisions to historical quarterly results related to revenue timing from lease classifications. As a result, the Company anticipates filing the Form 10-K after March 17, 2025, but on or prior to March 21, 2025.
