Mill City Ventures III, Ltd. is unable to timely file its annual report on Form 10-K due to unavoidable delay in the preparation of the registrant’s financial and legal disclosures, which delay could not have been avoided without unreasonable effort or expense.  The registrant nonetheless intends to file its annual report no later than the fifteenth calendar after the prescribed due date.
