TNF Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Form 10-K”), because the Company requires additional time to complete and finalize its financial statements required to be included in the Form 10-K. The Company currently anticipates that the Form 10-K will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
