Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2025 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the prescribed due date. The Company requires additional time to complete the final review of its financial statements and other disclosures in the Quarterly Report.
The Company is working diligently to complete the Quarterly Report as quickly as possible.
