Biotricity Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended June 30, 2024 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period due to its difficulty in completing and obtaining required financial and other information to be included in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which delay could not be eliminated by Registrant without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q within the 5 calendar-day period set forth in Rule 12b-25(b) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
