Bright Green Corporation (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 (the “10-Q”) within the prescribed time period because additional time is required to finalize its financial statements and related disclosures required to be included in the 10-Q. The Company expects to file the 10-Q within five calendar days following the prescribed due date.
