ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. (the “Company’) could not timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2025, because the financial statements could not be completed in sufficient time to solicit and obtain the necessary review of the subject report and signatures thereto in a timely fashion prior to the due date of the report.
