The quarterly report of Ever-Glory International Group Inc. (the “Company”) on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2022 could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to the fact that the Company requires additional time to work with its auditors and legal counsel to prepare and finalize the Form 10-Q. The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
