Fortune Rise Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2024 within the prescribed time period as its completion of its financial statements included in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q is ongoing, which delay could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company anticipates filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q within the extension period of five calendar days as provided by Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
