Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF was unable to timely file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 due to unexpected complications with the inline XBRL process on the filing due date. Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF expects to file its Form 10-Q within the five-day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25.
