HCM II Acquisition Corp. (the “Registrant”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (the “Q1 10-Q”) because the Registrant requires additional time to complete its financial statements and related disclosures in the Q1 10-Q. The Q1 10-Q will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Q1 10-Q.
