Due to events unforeseen by the Company, it is unable to complete its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending June 30, 2024 without an unreasonable effort and expense. The Company expects to file its June 30, 2024 Form 10-Q Quarterly Report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission within 5 calendar days of the prescribed due date.
