TEN Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2025 on a timely basis without incurring undue hardship and expense. The Company requires additional time to complete their review of the financial statements for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company endeavors to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
