Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“we” or “our”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 (the “Report”) without unreasonable effort or expense due to delays in obtaining and compiling information for inclusion in the Report. We expect to be able to file the Report on or before the fifth calendar day following its original prescribed due date.
