Unique Fabricating, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2023, without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 for the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022, on April 18, 2023 and the disclosure contained in Part III of the April 18, 2023 Form 12b-25 concerning the delay in filing the 2022 Form 10-K is the reason that the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q could not be filed within the prescribed time period and is incorporated herein by reference.
