WinVest Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) was unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025, within the prescribed time period because it required additional time to finalize its financial statements to be included in such Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. The Company anticipates that it will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
