State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-CEN, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
The Registrant was unable to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission the Home Federal Bank Employees' Savings & Profit Sharing Plan and Trust (the "401(k) Plan") Annual Report on Form 11-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Form 11-K”) within the prescribed time period. The Form 5500 Annual Return/Report of Employee Benefit Plan for the 401(k) Plan was received on June 28, 2024, but could not be converted into EDGAR format on that day without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant plans to file the Form 11-K no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
