PART III – NARRATIVE
State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-CEN, N-CSR, or the transition report portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Brooge Energy Limited (the “Registrant”) has determined that due to technical reasons it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Annual Report”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense for the reasons set forth below.
The Registrant experienced unforeseen difficulties in processing the required information, which have delayed the finalization and filing of the Annual Report. The Registrant accordingly requires 01 additional day to complete the procedures relating to its year-end reporting process.
The Registrant was, therefore, unable to file the Annual Report by April 30, 2025, the prescribed filing date. The Registrant intends to file the Annual Report by May 01, 2025.
