ENIGMATIG LIMITED (the “Company”) has determined that it will not be able to file its annual report on the Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025 (the “Form 20-F”) within the prescribed due date without unreasonable effort and expense, due to a delay in obtaining and compiling information required to be included in the Form 20-F. The Company expects to file the Form 20-F on or before the extended deadline permitted under Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
