Jyong Biotech Ltd. (the “Company”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (the “Form 20-F”) within the prescribed period due to the additional time required to finalize its audited financial statements and other disclosures in the Form 20-F. It is anticipated that the Form 20-F will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
