Leishen Energy Holding Co., Ltd. (the “Registrant”) is unable to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024 (the “Annual Report”) by January 31, 2025, the prescribed due date for such filing. Additional time is needed for the Registrant to finalize its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024, and, as a consequence, for the Registrant’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its audit procedures related thereto. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Annual Report no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
