State below in reasonable detail why forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-CEN, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Viomi Technology Co., Ltd (the “Company”) was unable to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “2024 Form 20-F”) by the prescribed due date without undue effort or expense to the Company because the Company was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to complete the 2024 Form 20-F within the prescribed period. Specifically, the additional time is required for the Company to collect certain information for the 2024 Form 20-F. The Company expects to file its 2024 Form 20-F once the financial statements for inclusion therein become available.
