Ambipar Emergency Response (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “2024 Form 20-F”) by the prescribed due date, because it requires additional time to finalize its financial statements to be included in such 2024 Form 20-F. The Company anticipates that it will file its 2024 Form 20-F prior to the end of the 15-day extension period.
