The Registrant has encountered certain logistical delays in finalizing the financial information for the year ended December 31, 2023. Accordingly, the timely filing of the Form 20-F has become impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the Registrant. The Registrant expects to file the Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

The Registrant expects to report revenues of approximately $4 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 as compared to revenues of $58 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. The Registrant expects that it will report a net loss of approximately $2 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, as compared to a net loss of $161 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. However, these results of operations are still under review and subject to change.
