The EUROHOLDINGS LTD. (the “Company”) Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 cannot be filed
within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense due to delays associated with (i) the compilation of certain information required to be included in the Annual Report and (ii) the completion and approval of our audited
consolidated financial statements. The Company expects to file the Form 20-F within the 15-day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
