Medirom Healthcare Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Form 20-F”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company is still in process of completing the audit of its consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023. As a result, the Company requires additional time for the review of the financial statements and to prepare and file the Form 20-F.
